## 1.14-day refund

If Analytics by 5H3LL isn’t right for you, email [support@5h3ll.site](mailto:support@5h3ll.site) within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. The Free plan is available at any time and needs no payment. Paid plans start at the price shown at checkout.

## 2.Cancelling

You can cancel a monthly plan at any time in the billing portal. Cancelling stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are issued through Stripe to your original payment method, and can take a few working days to appear.

## 3.Founder Lifetime

The same 14-day refund applies to Founder Lifetime. A refunded purchase still counts towards the limit of 10 purchases and is not resold. Refunds and unresolved payment disputes may end access to the plan.

## 4.Your statutory rights

This policy gives you more than the law requires and does not affect any right you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which apply throughout the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland.
